    • Rush Service
      • for an extra $4 per Activation Paddle or $20 per Chapter Paddle, we can complete your order and ship it out within 15 days of the time that we receive your paid order, but call us, we will do everything that we can to help you get your paddles when you need them without Next Day or 2nd Day air shipping.
    • Next Day Air Shipping
      • Activation paddles
        • $35 for the first paddle, and $4 for each additional paddle.
      • Chapter Paddles
        • $35 for each chapter paddle, can not be shipped with activation paddles.
    • Second Day Air Shipping
      • Activation paddles
        • $19 for the first paddle, and $3 for each additional paddle.
      • Chapter Paddles
        • $19 for each chapter paddle, can not be shipped with activation paddles.

What is the major factor for delaying a paddle order?

  • MIS-COMMUNICATION
    • We can't read the writing on an order. Either the names, or worse yet, the phone number and email address making it so we can't even contact you that there is a question on your order. (your order has to just sit until you call us)

How big are the paddles that you sell?

  • ACTIVATION paddles are 22" by 3.5" by ¾"
  • CHAPTER paddles are 36" by 6" by ¾" 
  • BLANK paddles vary depending on style ( see the webpage )

Do you have the Crest for my Greek organization in stock?

  • We carry the Greek Crest Decal (which also appears on the Raised Wood Crest)
    for virtually every National Fraternity and Sorority. See the list on the

What is up with the $15 shipping charge?

  • Each order has a flat rate of $15 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
    • On a small order, the $15 excedes our actual cost of shipping and handling, but makes up for not having different prices for different quantities of paddles.
    • On a large order, the $15 does not cover our actual cost of shipping and handling but has the effect of a discount on a larger size order.

Can I combine an order for Activation Paddles and an order for a Chapter paddle to save some money?

  • Sure, the Activation Paddles and the Chapter Paddles do not fit in the same box, however, if you order your Activation Paddles and your Chapter Paddle at the same time, we will charge you only one $15 shipping charge.

Can I arrange to stop in and pick up my paddles to save the $15 shipping charge?

  • Sorry. We are not set up for that. Our sales offices are in Springfield, Ohio, while the actual paddle production is done in Chattanooga Tennessee. We do not have a sales counter in Chattanooga.

Why do I have to give a street address for my shipping address?

  • Every order that we ship goes out UPS.
    • Since a post office box is an offering by the United State Postal Service, UPS can not deliver to a Post Office Box

What about my campus box address?

  • As long as UPS is able to make a delivery to your Campus post office, then we can ship to your campus box address.
    • Please be aware, that most of the time, when a box of paddles is missing, it is usually underneath something at the Campus post office.
What if a box of paddles gets lost during shipping?
  • Do not wait. If you even suspect that a box of paddles could be missing, call us at
    937-399-8954 so that we can run a trace on your paddles or provide you with a tracking number so that you can run the trace yourself.      www.ups.com

  • A UPS trace will show us if and when your paddles are delivered.

  • Sometimes, the reason you don't have your paddles, is that they are not done.

  • We have even had someone call us looking for their paddles, only to find out that they had somehow not actually placed their order.
    Possible causes:
    • They had actually ordered paddles from someone else.
    • Their order and payment was lost in the mail.
    • They hadn't actually sent or called or emailed their order to us.
    • There was insufficient contact information for us to call or email them to let them know of a problem with their order.
        • Please be aware, that most of the time, when a box of paddles is missing, it is usually underneath something at the Campus post office.
What payment options do I have?

  • and would be more than happy to accept your personal or chapter check. Money Orders are also acceptible.

  • Please do not email your credit card information to us. It is not secure.
  • Email us with your phone number, and we will call you for your credit card information.

What do I need to pay by Credit Card?

  • The credit card information that we will ask you is:
    • Card Number
    • Name on Card
    • Expiration Date
    • Security Numbers on the back of the card
    • Actual billing address that your Credit Card company sends your statements.
    • The street address that you want your paddles shipped to.

What should I do if I discover an error on one (or more) of the paddles?

  • If the error was due to something that we did,
    • we will re-make you new and correct paddles at no cost to you.
    • ship them to you at no cost to you.
    • you don't even have to return the incorrect paddles

  • If the error was due to something that you did, return the incorrect paddles, and we will remake the paddles for you at a discount.
    • Activation paddles - $10 each
    • Chapter Paddles - 2/3 of the original cost of the paddle.
    • You will have to pay for shipping again.
