making it so we can't even contact you that there is a question
on your order. (your order has to just sit until you call
us)

What is up with the $15 shipping charge?
Can I combine an order for Activation Paddles and
an order for a Chapter paddle to save some money?

Sure, the Activation Paddles and the Chapter Paddles
do not fit in the same box, however, if you order your Activation
Paddles and your Chapter Paddle at the same time, we will
charge you only one $15 shipping charge.
Can I arrange to stop in and pick up my paddles
to save the $15 shipping charge?
Why do I have to give a street address for
my shipping address?
What about my campus box address?
What if a box of paddles gets lost during shipping?
- Do not wait. If you even suspect that a box of paddles could be
missing, call us at
937-399-8954 so that we can run a trace on your paddles or provide
you with a tracking number so that you can run the trace yourself.

- A UPS trace will show us if and when your paddles are delivered.
- Sometimes, the reason you don't have your paddles, is that they
are not done.
- We have even had someone call us looking for their paddles, only
to find out that they had somehow not actually placed their order.
Possible causes:
- They had actually ordered paddles from someone else.
- Their order and payment was lost in the mail.
- They hadn't actually sent or called or emailed their order to
us.
- There was insufficient contact information for us to call or
email them to let them know of a problem with their order.
- Please be aware, that most of the time, when a box of paddles
is missing, it is usually underneath something at the Campus
post office.

If the error was due to something that we

we will re-make you new and correct paddles
at no cost to you.

you don't even have to return the incorrect
paddles

If the error was due to something that you
did, return the incorrect paddles, and we will remake the paddles
for you at a discount.
